Zuko and Katara's friendship is really one of the most interesting storylines of the show I mean you have two people who both lost someone they held dear to the war And you can see how much the war has shaped both their lives Katara has spent the whole series protecting Aang and Zuko has tried to chase him down And finally just when you think he'll be redeemed Zuko snaps back and chooses the wrong side And he realizes why Katara loathes him so much He betrayed her right as she saw the potential for him to change The end half of season 3 was fantastic in the way that Bryke and the writers showed this change How she had to trust him and he had to earn her trust And finally their friendship can be seen as somewhat normal Edging apart at the play and just being adorable Because in the end they've become friends Okay This is kind of rambling Plus it hardly makes sense IGNORE ME
